Broadway Marketplace

Broadway Marketplace is a 270,000sf urban power center with established national tenants such as Sam's Club, Safeway, Office Depot, Pep Boys, and more. The property consists of 28 acres and is centrally located within Denver's mid-urban core and servicing neighborhoods such as Broadway Park, Washington Park, Baker, Platte Park, and others. The property is fronted by the important arterials of Broadway and Alameda with 60,000 passing vehicles per day and is also serviced by both light rail (Alameda Station) and major bus routes. Strong anchors with ample parking are supported by smaller inline tenancies and immediately adjacent multifamily density.

Cohen Capital is a managing member and general partner for the ownership group that purchased the property in 2004. The property is managed by CFPM, a management company in which Cohen Capital is a 50% owner.

Denver Design Center
​
The Denver Design Center is a collection of retail and wholesale "to the trade" showrooms focused on furniture, fabrics, lighting, kitchen and bath, art, rugs, flooring, tile, and other home accessories. The synergies created at the Center and the co-location of the design related tenancies makes this the premier design center for the entire mountain west region. With 24 showrooms spanning 175,000sf the DDC is the anchor to the broader Denver Design District.

The Collection
​
The Collection is mixed-use multi-building property comprised of retail, office, medical office, and commissary. 601 S. Broadway consists of a dozen dynamic showroom and design related tenants that plays off the nearby Denver Design Center and rounds out the Denver Design District offering. Quest Diagnostics is a Fortune 500 tenant with over 100,000sf of laboratory and corporate office space. The Culinary Building at 675 S. Broadway is a compilation of commercial kitchens with a mix of bakers, restaurateurs, caterers, and other food focused tenants. Nationally recognized creative agency Karsh Hagan also calls the property home. Combined, the Collection property buildings comprise 263,000sf of net leasable area across 9.6 acres of land and the property is serviced by light rail (Broadway Station).

Virginia Village Shopping Center is a neighborhood retail center serving Denver's Virginia Village, Virginia Vale, Hilltop, and Crestmoor neighborhoods. Anchored by Ace Hardware and with destination oriented tenants such as Little Kickers Swim School, Kicking It Kids Gym, Detour Bakery and convenience offerings like Tablon Coffee, Holly Barbers, Virginia Village Liquors, and others, the Center has something for everyone. Net rentable area of the center is 48,500sf across 4.75 acres.

​
301 East 57th Avenue is a highway oriented flex/retail property with prominent visibility and signage to I-25. The 20,000sf of net rentable area is divided between two tenants, Coyote Motorsports and Way To Grow.
